Theresa Segal of Save Our Bridge presents to Isabella Ingraham Heard one of the last U.S. flags to fly on the Bridge of Lions prior to its rehabilitation. Mrs. Heard was a member of the original party of young girls who participated in cutting the ribbon at the opening of the Bridge of Lions in 1927.
